Our Project Manager Stefan Grünert and Nikola Tasic our Graphic Designer held a complementary skills workshop for the Alkatras Marie Sklodowska Curie Action “Alkatras” (link) in Monza on September 11/12. This was within the longstanding partnership with the ALKATRAS consortium, which biolution already supported during the proposal stage.

Today, Biolution are proud to present their demo reel, showcasing the multitude of inspirations from our projects and the range of styles and techniques employed to fulfil our clients’ needs to visualize their science and research.
It is our ambition to support researchers in their communication tasks with dynamic representations of their favourite molecules or processes. While continuously expanding our toolset, we have developed many fantastic and inspiring ways to visualize the unimaginable mechanisms of molecular science in instructive ways.
We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it. If you are inspired, let us know and maybe we can develop our next 3D visualization project with your research.

 

 

Krakow Declaration on Iodine presentation meeting

Biolution were proud to organise, as partner of the EU-funded project EUthyroid, the Krakow Declaration on Iodine. This historic event took place on Wednesday 18th April, at the Collegium Medicum / Collegium Novodvorscianum of Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland with 31 EUthyroid partners representing 27 countries coming together to present the Declaration and call on European policy-makers to support measures to eliminate iodine deficiency.

EUthyroid Project Meeting – Krakow

The fourth EUthyroid project meeting was held on 17th April 2018 in Krakow, Poland. This meeting took place in Krakow to coincide with the meeting taking place on the following day (Wednesday 18th April) to present the Krakow Declaration on Iodine.

The third EUthyroid project meeting was held on 7 – 8 September 2017 in Belgrade, Serbia. All work package leaders had the opportunity to discuss progress made during the last 12 months of the project and outline their detailed plans for bringing the project to a successful conclusion.

On Wednesday 21st and Friday 23rd September 2016 the Vienna Biocenter Amateur Dramatic Club (VBC ADC) performed ‘Verily, A New Hope’ William Shakespeare’s Star Wars by Ian Doescher to an enthusiastic audience from the Vienna Biocenter. Biolution was represented in the performance by Matthew Spencer playing Uncle Owen in the 1st half and an X-wing pilot in the 2nd half.
