Successful events do not only stay in the mind of your customers, they run as scheduled and remain within budget.
We will organise your science communication events based on your needs and project goals to effectively engage your target audience, whether it be a general audience or specific target groups.
Our broad experience in communicating research activities from EU funded projects to stakeholders has provided our team with the necessary skills to develop and organise your scientific conferences or Science-to-Public event.
Science-to-Public events and scientific symposia
biolution has helped with the organisation of the European Researcher’s Night 2009 at the Vienna Biocenter (VBC), organised the VBC participation in the National Science Day 2012 (Lange Nacht der Forschung 2012), and organised the Clinical Trials Day 2012 (Tag der klinischen Forschung 2012) in cooperation with the Coordination Center for Clinical Studies (Koordinationszentrum für klinische Studien) at the Medical University Vienna. The Fahr Mit bike tour in 2015 engaged stakeholders, including decision-makers, patient groups and journalists and the SYMPATH symposium in 2017 targeted the scientific community, specifically those working in the areas of synucleinopathies and vaccine development. For the company GE Healthcare we organized the Biacore™ Analytical, Comparability & QC Workshop in Vienna in 2017 with more than 80 leading experts from pharmaceutical, biotech and contract research communities across the EMEA countries. In Monza, Italy we held in 2018 a complementary skills workshop for the Marie Sklodowska Curie Action Alkatras. More recently, we created two major events for the project Euthyroid; a policy meeting in Brussels in order to promote harmonization of iodine deficiency prevention programmes in Europe as well as the Krakow Declaration on Iodine presentation meeting in Krakow where 31 consortium partners representing 27 countries came together to present the Declaration and call on European policy-makers to support measures to eliminate iodine deficiency.
